If you are suffering from Cabin Fever-19 (like me), I'm here to help.
The Macoupin Art Collective in Staunton, IL is hosting EVERYDAY OBSERVATIONS through August, 2020.

Several alumni of SIU-E were invited to participate in this exhibition, and I'm honored to be a part of it. It makes for a nice trip, about 45 miles from my house, and you can choose from several 'scenic routes'. We went there last Saturday and came back on Highway 159 into Alton. From there we went up The Great River Road and enjoyed an afternoon on the deck at Drifters in Grafton, IL. Very pleasant and COVID-safe. Click HERE for directions to the Macoupin Art Collective.

At the same time, Art St. Louis has STORYTELLERS through September 10. It's a juried exhibition, and as the name implies, it's all about art telling stories. My storypiece, Onus (On Us) is on display, along with works from some great artists with whom I am proud to be associated.
The people who operate these galleries are responsible and want you to have a safe experience. So, please wear a mask! Wash your hands frequently, use sanitizer, and maintain a social distance of at least six feet.
Yes, I know you've heard it all, but the truth is that these steps are indeed effective in preventing spread of infection.
